In Vogue and On my Mind: The Triptych

I am art shopping for a couple clients right now and I keep loving the Triptych. The what? Well according to the ever-helpful Wikapedia: the Triptych dates back to the Greek adjective τρίπτυχοs ("three-fold"), from tri-= "three" + ptysso= "to fold") is a work of art(usually a panel painting) which is divided into three sections, or three carved panels which are hinged together and can be folded shut or displayed open. It is therefore a type of polyptych, the term for all multi-panel works. I am getting flashbacks from Art History class in High School.  

These sets are so fabulous for filling boring wall space and drawing the viewer inwards.  Isn't three a great number?  Well here are three favorites.  Enjoy!
